At Camping Les Pinèdes, we’re particularly fond of the old town of Antibes. Divided by its ramparts, it’s largely pedestrianized and brimming with small shops, workshops and restaurants. Weekly markets attract tourists and locals alike, especially the covered Provencal market. In summer, visitors can also enjoy night markets along the ramparts.
Don’t hesitate to take a stroll along the harbor, where you can admire the luxury yachts on the “billionaires’ quay”. You can also take a stroll along the ramparts, from where you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.
For art lovers, Antibes is home to the Picasso Museum, the Napoleonic Museum and an archaeology museum.
Don’t miss Fort Carré, remarkable for its star-shaped design by Vauban.
